We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, without a refund.

3. Intellectual Property Rights (Ownership)

Your Inputs: You retain all rights to the text prompts, reference images, and audio you submit to our platform.

Generated Outputs: When you use our paid plans (Creator, Studio) to generate videos or images, you hold the commercial rights to use the specific outputs generated by your account. For users on the Free or Starter tiers, outputs may contain watermarks and are restricted to non-commercial, personal use only.

Disclaimer: AI-generated content copyright laws vary globally. We do not guarantee that the content generated by AI can be formally copyrighted in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Our services are provided on a subscription basis and/or through the purchase of disposable credits. Unused credits from a monthly subscription rollover based exclusively on the terms defined on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure by providing at least 30 days' notice.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Seedance Video Generator utilizes bleeding-edge machine learning technology. The Service is provided "AS IS," and we make no warranties that the generated outputs will be perfectly accurate, reliable, free of hallucinations, or suitable for your specific professional use case. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from using our Service.
