Refund Policy

1. Core Policy

Running high-fidelity AI models (like Seedance 2.0, Sora, and Veo3) incurs massive processing and GPU server costs for every single generation request. Because of these hard computing costs, we generally do not offer refunds once you have started using your credits or your subscription has been activated.

2. Eligible Exceptions for Refunds

We want to ensure a fair experience. We may grant refunds entirely at our discretion under the following circumstances:

  • Accidental Duplicate Charges: If our payment processor accidentally charges your card multiple times for the same transaction.
  • Zero Usage: If you purchased a subscription less than 7 days ago and have absolutely zero (0) credits consumed during the billing period.
  • Severe Service Outages: If a persistent technical issue or API failure on our platform completely prevents you from using the service across an entire billing cycle. (Note: Occasional server queues or generations that do not meet subjective artistic expectations do not qualify under this clause).

3. Failed AI Generations

In cases where the AI video generation process technically fails, errors out, or returns a completely broken/corrupted file, our system is configured to automatically refund the corresponding credit cost back to your account balance. Therefore, these errors do not warrant a monetary refund to your credit card.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or billing portal. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will retain access to your plan's features and remaining credits until the cycle concludes. There are no prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

5. How to Request

If you believe you meet the exception criteria, please submit a request by contacting us at support@seedancev2ai.com. Include your account email, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant payment receipts. Our support team typically responds within 48 hours.
